Custom Branding

Show your own organization name, logo, and brand color across Pluraprint.

Pluraprint can present your organization’s own identity: name, logo, and brand color, across the web app, station kiosks, and notification emails, so the product feels like your own. Pluraprint and Lemony Click, LLC are always credited secondarily (for example in the footer and at the bottom of emails), but your branding takes the primary, most visible position.

What you can customize

ElementWhere it appears
Organization nameThe sign-in screen, the navigation sidebar, and browser tab titles, after the current page name.
LogoThe sidebar and sign-in screen, with separate light and dark versions so the right one shows in each theme.
Brand colorButtons, links, focus rings, and other accents throughout the UI, in both light and dark mode. Text placed on top of the color is automatically kept legible.
Support emailSurfaced to your users where they might need to reach out for help, for example, in notification emails.

Branding is applied consistently everywhere, including station kiosks and email notifications.

Setting up your branding

Branding is applied for your organization as part of onboarding, and can be updated at any time. To set it up or change it, send your Pluraprint contact:

  • Your organization name as you’d like it displayed.
  • A light and a dark version of your logo (SVG or PNG).
  • Your brand color (a hex value. You can provide one color for both themes, or a separate color for light and dark).
  • A support email address for your users.

Anything you don’t provide falls back to the default Pluraprint identity, so it’s fine to start with just a name and add a logo and color later.

Branding in emails

Notification emails automatically inherit your branding: your organization name is used as the sender/company name, and your brand color and support email appear in the message. For how email notifications work overall, see Email Notifications.
