Accounts & Authentication
Signing In
How to sign in to Pluraprint with email and password or single sign-on.
Your Pluraprint team will give you the web address for your organization’s dashboard along with your initial sign-in details. Open that address in a browser to reach the sign-in page.
Signing in with email and password
- Enter the email and password you were given.
- Select Sign in.
You’ll land on your dashboard’s overview page. From there, the sidebar gives you access to everything your role allows: printers, print jobs, your team, and more.
Signing in with single sign-on (SSO)
If your organization has connected an identity provider (such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace), you’ll see one or more buttons below the email/password form, labeled Sign in with…. Select your organization’s provider and follow the prompts from your identity provider. You’ll be returned to Pluraprint automatically once you’ve authenticated.
The first time you sign in this way, Pluraprint creates your account automatically using the name and email from your identity provider. An administrator may still need to grant you additional roles; see Roles & Permissions.
Don’t see your organization’s SSO option, or need to set one up? See Single Sign-On (SSO).
Creating your own account
Most organizations create accounts for their members through single sign-on or an administrator, so you may not see a sign-up option. If your organization has enabled self-service registration, the sign-in page shows a Sign up link beneath the email/password form.
- Select Sign up and enter your name, a username, your email, and a password.
- Select Create account. Pluraprint sends a verification link to your email.
- Open the email and select the link to confirm your address. You can then sign in.
You must verify your email before you can sign in. This proves you own the address and keeps accounts trustworthy. Some organizations also restrict sign-up to specific email domains; if your address isn’t accepted, ask an administrator.
Accounts managed by your administrators
When self-service registration is turned off, Pluraprint accounts are created by your organization’s administrators or through single sign-on, so if you don’t have a login yet, ask an administrator to add you as a user.
If you’ve forgotten your password or need it reset, ask an administrator. They can set a new password for your account from the Users page.
