Mobile App

Connect the Pluraprint iOS app to your organization's portal and sign in securely.

The Pluraprint mobile app connects directly to your organization’s deployment. It uses the same account, permissions, printer data, queue, and live updates as the web dashboard.

Connect your portal

  1. Open the app and select your organization from the portal list.
  2. If it is not listed, select Enter a domain manually and enter the .pluraprint.com domain your organization gave you.
  3. Confirm the organization name and domain shown on the sign-in screen.

The app remembers the selected portal on the device. You can choose a different portal from the sign-in screen. Development builds also accept local and private-network addresses so administrators can test against a local Pluraprint API.

Sign in

The app reads the selected deployment’s enabled sign-in methods. Use your organization’s OIDC or SAML single sign-on button, or enter an email and password when local authentication is enabled. Authentication opens the system’s secure sign-in session and stores the resulting session in the iOS Keychain.

Legacy CAS sign-in remains available through the web dashboard; native CAS handoff is not included in the initial mobile release.

After sign-in, the Home, Printers, and Queue tabs reflect the same permissions and live changes as the web dashboard. Push notifications and pickup barcode scanning are planned for a future release.
