Quota overrides, slicer-aware rules, and a real rule tester
Quotas can now be exceeded with approval instead of only blocking, rules can act on the slicer settings inside a file, and the rule editor gains a tester built on your own scenarios.
Added
Approval-based quota overrides. A quota can now name approver roles, so an over-limit job adds a "Quota override" item to its requirements checklist instead of being blocked outright. Each over-limit quota needs its own approval, and self-approval can be disallowed.
A "Concurrent jobs" quota dimension, counting everything a user has queued, dispatching, printing, or paused. This is the usual way to limit how much of the queue one person can occupy.
Rules can read slicer settings from Orca 3MF uploads (infill density, supports enabled, and layer height) as well as the material types a job uses. Missing values evaluate as Unknown, so a job is held for review rather than slipping past a restriction that can't be verified.
A full rule tester in the rule editor's Preview tab. Build a test case from a real print job, override any part of its identity, job, or timing context, leave values Unknown to model partial submissions, and save cases to reuse. The Rules page runs the same cases against your whole active rule set.
A compact "My quota usage" card on the dashboard, shown only when a quota applies to you.

Rule rejection messages now explain which check failed and what is still missing, rather than only reporting that a job was restricted.
Uploading at a station now confirms the job and printer model, then hands straight off to preparing it, returning you to the station home screen when you are done. A policy restriction during preparation no longer discards the job. It stays awaiting approval so an operator can resolve it.
Bambu Lab HMS codes are shown as a separate "Printer code" on the printer page, so the manufacturer's code isn't confused with the error description.

The printer "disable when finished" option has been removed. Disable a printer directly when you want to take it out of rotation.
Desktop card reader, data retention, and better sign-on
A desktop card reader app for Windows and macOS, an optional retention policy that deletes old jobs and their design files, and single sign-on fixes.
Added
Pluraprint Desktop, an app for Windows and macOS that connects a USB RFID card reader to a station. It runs in the system tray, reconnects if the reader is unplugged, and shows a scan history. Download the installer from the release page.
Data retention. Set an age and Pluraprint deletes finished print jobs past it, along with their design files and thumbnails in storage. Off by default, configured under Admin > Settings.
Site agents now keep a local cache of design files, so a reprint of something recently printed does not re-download it from the server.

Single sign-on supports more identity providers, reports a clearer error when a provider is misconfigured, and no longer flashes the local login form before redirecting to your provider.

Pluraprint Desktop used the wrong logo and mismatched styling in its header, and did not follow the system dark theme.
Site agents, a new rules engine, and Formlabs support
Printers now connect through an on-site agent instead of needing a direct network path, the rules system has been rebuilt so policies combine instead of competing, and resin printing is supported through Formlabs.

Rules now combine instead of competing. Every rule whose conditions match a job contributes its requirements, where previously only the first matching rule applied. Review your existing rules after upgrading. A rule that used to be shadowed by one above it will now take effect.
Pickup codes have been removed. Users find their finished prints through the new "My print jobs" page, or by signing in at a station.
Sign-in provider configuration (SSO, CAS, OAuth, SAML) has moved into deployment configuration. Re-enter your identity provider settings before upgrading a production deployment.
Printers are reached through a site agent rather than directly from the server. Install an agent on each network that has printers on it before upgrading; printers without a reachable agent will show as offline.

Site agents, a daemon you install on the network where your printers live. It connects out to Pluraprint, so printers on a private VLAN need no inbound firewall rules, and a site keeps printing through a dropped connection to the server.
Formlabs support, covering the Form 3 and Form 4. They connect through Formlabs' own fleet API rather than a site agent, and report live status, camera snapshots, and remaining resin.
Resin support alongside filament, with the right vocabulary per printer. a resin printer asks about tanks and cartridges rather than spools.
Material sync. Printers report the materials loaded in them, including per-slot AMS contents, and jobs are matched against those instead of manually recorded materials.
Material tags and aliases, so "PLA", "PLA Basic", and a vendor's own name for the same spool resolve to a single material.
Online uploads. Submit a print file from the web app, instead of having to walk to a station.
A "My print jobs" page showing everything you have submitted, its position in the queue, and where to collect it when it is done.
Reprints. Send a failed or finished job back to the queue in one click, from the web app or a station, keeping its original material and settings. Failed prints can be set to reprint automatically.
